Hello, my name is Dale Bishop; I am the owner and manager of Pebble Springs Manufactured Housing Community.  For those of you who are looking for a great place to live, I welcome you to visit our 55+ community.

     Recently the residents in our park have initiated bi-weekly meetings.  These meetings resulted in a neighborhood crime watch program, covered dish brunches, activity planning, book swap, and more importantly gives everyone an opportunity to get to know their neighbors. I had the pleasure of attending their last meeting where we discussed ways to improve on our community.  One of the main topics of conversation was the monthly lot fee. After taking into consideration the current economic climate, health care and prescription drug costs, and the fact that many of our residents are on a fixed income, I have determined that it would be in the best interest of our community to reduce the monthly lot fee from $270.00 to $247.00 effective April 1, 2010. 

     It’s important to me that PSMHC be a caring and respected community and one that has a collective voice that will be heard and that all concerns will be given careful consideration. 

     I hope that if you are considering relocating to the Greenville area that you will stop by and see for yourself what a wonderful community we have.
