     With the economy as it is, our community just makes sense at $270 per month lot lease, which includes grass cutting and garbage collection. Pebble Springs is a beautiful community in a good location. It is an upscale community where our tenants are the quality of people everyone would want for neighbors. 

     It's important to me that PSMHC be a caring and respected community and one that has a collective voice where all concerns will be given careful consideration.
