1. Home must have vinyl siding and shingled
roof. No home may be over 2 years old unless inspected and approved by the
representative ofPSMHC. Homes under 2 years old must be in excellent
condition. Home must be set as low to the ground as possible. Lowest comer
may not be over 18" high. Tongues of home must be removed.
2. Home must have underpinning of brick within 21 days of set-up. All
underpinning must be kept in good repair at all times. Access door must be
in the back 1/3 of the home.
3. A patio or deck with a minimum of 100 sq. ft. must be placed at rear of
home. Decks must be skirted. All decks, porches, patios, and awnings must be
approved by PSMHC. Larger decks, porches, or patios should not be closer
than 3 feet of the property line.
4. Carport must be a minimum of 4 feet from the road.
5. A walkway with a clearly defined border must be provided from the parking
area to the entrance.
6. Connections to air conditioners, heat pumps, breaker boxes, cable tv,
etc. must be run through conduit or be placed underground to home per
Greenville Standards.
7. The representative ofPSMHC (J. D. Letterman, 864-879-6577) must be
contacted prior to installation of home and must be on site during
installation unless prior arrangements have been made.
8. Homeowners will be responsible for any damages to PSMHC property caused
by home movers.
The above regulations are for double-wides; however the PSMHC representative
reserves the right to make changes that are presently unforeseen.
